We added dozens of new features to our source code inspection tool. Users of both the developer and enterprise editions of beSOURCE will notice the following updates:
We added dozens of new features to our source code inspection tool. Users of both the developer and enterprise editions of beSOURCE will notice the following updates:
- New Languages: C# 6 (previously supported C# 4.5), Swift 5
- Support for CWE Top 25 2020 rulesets
- Support for OWASP API Security Top 10 2019 rulesets
- Improved analysis performance
The developer edition was also updated to include more languages, rule enhancements and faster code analysis.
The latest editions of beSOURCE maintain the static analysis technology that allows users to automatically detect software security flaws without running the associated programs — but now users can detect even more vulnerabilities and support more languages.
